Fire Ridge Pride Series
Lou Barstow- Mates- Camp and Lou. Lou becomes King of Fire Ridge Pride when his Brother, Xeno steps down. Lou doesn’t know who he is, or why his brother pushed for a mating with Camp Fowler, the son of the King of Juniper Springs Pride. Things don’t happen like that, to Lou’s knowledge. Men destined to be Kings do not mate to other Kings. He and Camp are not quite designed for each other, but Lou is trying. Camp seems to have magic Lou has never seen. Lou can hear thoughts and even communicate that way, but Camp can count spaces and even shield his presence. Lou’s sheltered existence makes him think that he is a dud because Camp does these things, and he can’t. Lou has issues with his mother, Pearl. Later he learns that Pearl and Xeno are his siblings because Pearl adopted him as hers when their mother, Anna, Queen of Fire Ridge and Head of the Prides Council dies under suspicious circumstances. He learns that Pearl and Xeno actually Ted’s children and he is the only one who belongs to Alyn, Anna’s husband. Xeno’s daughter, Lena tried to steal Camp away from him. Xeno and Camp’s father find her another husband, and the beginning of Jaime is her wedding.
Jaime Wheeler- Mates- Jaime and Sawyer Beaux. They meet at Lena’s wedding to Sawyer’s brother, Salem. Jaime becomes King Lou’s First, and handles things Lou doesn’t need to be involved in. Sawyer is Camp’s friend, and another member of Juniper Springs Pride. Sawyer wants to be the Archives Librarian for Fire Ridge, and tries. He starts off doing okay. Jaime’s mother kicks his sister, Bobbi Jo, out of the house after becoming pregnant, and Jaime takes her in. Jaime adopts his sister’s son so that she is still mateable as far as Pride politics are concerned. Blue Wheeler is born.
Indigo Bonnie- Mates- Indigo and Echo Donovan. They meet at Indigo’s Aunt’s club called Bites, hook up, and then Echo doesn’t see Indigo again for a month. We learn that Indigo not just a lion. He has the magic to collect memories from other people. He usually collects memories from humans who discover that lions exist and aren’t just furry and in the wild. Those memories live in his head and remember who they are. They talk to each other and to him. We also learn that he needs a mate to feed from to keep those memories from making him physically ill. Another member of Juniper Springs Pride steps in and snares Indy’s attention. Echo Donovan is also Camp Fowler’s friend. We also learn that the Prides are at war with the Witches, and one Witch in particular wants Indigo Bonnie, and uses his cousin, Jasper, as bait. Jasper mates to Bobbi Jo Wheeler.
Remi Sanna- Mates- Remi and Jaime Wheeler. Remi is Indigo’s half-brother, and Ozzi’s son. We learn that Sawyer has been trying to kill Remi and take the man’s place for two years.Jaime catches Sawyer with Willow Masters, the same witch after Indigo, Jaime decided to divorce Sawyer. When Lou has enough evidence to get rid of Sawyer and remove him from Pride affairs, he sends Jaime for Remi, and sends Sawyer for his own urn as a test. Sawyer doesn’t know he’s been caught. Xeno dumpes all the Prides on Lou, who has to step up and become King of The Prides.
Riot Fiora- Mates- Riot and Judge Luciano. We learn about the demigods, and what some of their duties are. Riot was banished from Fire Ridge after Indigo’s grandmother was killed in a fight with the same witch trying to take Indigo in Indy’s book. We discover that Indy’s father, Ozzi Luciano, the demigod Breath, was setup and has lost a cub. Judge is the demigod Soul, and Ozzi has sent him to find the baby before its born, otherwise they can’t save it from the Witches. Riot works for Judge’s other brother and twin, Gregory, who is the demigod known as Death. Riot and Judge work together to find the cub, who Ozzi gives to Lou, because the council has demanded Lou have a child. Lane is born. Riot takes out Willow Masters and his grandmother, Winnow, who started the war.
Blue Wheeler- Mates- Blue and Dorian Chanoine. We learn that there are different types of lions, and we discover the Demi-deuil, which is what Indy, Remi, and Jasper are. Jaime is a Blood-right, and Blue is the combination of Blood-right and Demi-deuil. Lou and Jaime butt heads over who will mate to Dorian Channing, whose mother is the Queen of the Chanoine Pride. Blue’s and Dorian’s lions have chosen each other, by Lou’s cousin Lena-Xeno’s daughter, is trying to hurt Blue any way she can, and give Dorian to her daughter, Savannah.
Lane Barstow- Mates- Elijah and Daire Di Gatti. We learn more about the Blood-rights and meet the Blood-right King Dante, and his twin brother, Gio. Winnow’s brother and high priest of the Masters Coven is out for revenge, and is trying to kill Daire Di Gatti. Lane is the only one with the magic to find him, so the gods council binds Lane to Daire. Elijah is the one who asked permission to mate to Lane, and the couple must fight to be together and still deal with the Witches. One of the Witches tries to kill Blue to stop him from mating to Dorian. We discover that Lena, Xeno’s daughter, has been working for the Witches, and she is judged at Blue’s wedding. We learn the battle is not over.

Amber Light Pride
Dante Di Gatti- Mates- Dante(The god Cinis and King of Amber Light) and Chase Devereau. We learn the other side of the story, and that Lou is trying to bring them home. Dante is the one who threatened Xeno Barstow into stepping down so that Lou could take his rightful place. Dante is a Cendres, and ashes anyone he touches if they don’t have the magic to counter it. We learn about the different sets of magic and how the magic and the lions choose their mates. Chase is the Archives Librarian for Amber Light, and Dante mates to him because Chase has the magic to touch him.
Bite Twice– Mates- Lou Barstow and Cian Di Gatti(the god Ventus)- we learn that Cian has been visiting Lou, and Ignatius Masters is struggling to keep Lou under his thumb and keep Lou and Cian apart. We learn that Sawyer sacrificed his lion and got Lou’s best friend Johnny killed by possessing him. We learn that Lena lost her lioness and that’s the reason she works for Ignatius. We learn that Lou is trying to hide Cian from Camp. We learn that Ignatius took Camp away from his wife, and that Camp is married to someone else. We learn that Lou has been feeding Indigo Bonnie and Cian hates Indy. Camp sets up his own death in the end, and gives Cian and Lou a daughter.
Vincent Di Gatti- Mates- Vincent, Blaise Donadeiu, and Nate Hall. We learn the gods council’s plan to kill Ignatius Masters, and that there are five sons whose parents are gods and goddesses and Kings and Queens. We learn that one son, Julian, was killed when Ignatius tried to take the hearts of the five sons and couldn’t. Blaise is one of those sons, and Vincent is the son who died. The gods have to scramble, and Vincent becomes a god, and Cian’s other half. Vincent is adopted by Cian and Lou and becomes their son. Fate is Blaise’s mother, and Erebus is Nate’s father.
The King’s Confessor– Mates- Sacha Delareau and Dante Di Gatti- We discover that Sacha is Greg Luciano’s son, and was supposed to be Julian’s mate. Ignatius has killed all of Sacha’s brothers, and Sacha ends up with their magic. The gods try to mate him to Axl Donadieu, but Axl refuses him, and Dante steps into save him. This drives a wedge between Dante and Chase.
Blood and Magic– Mates- Indigo Bonnie and Gio Di Gatti- we learn that Echo works for Ignatius. Cian’s anger with Indy over Lou comes to a head, and Cian tries to kick Indy out of the Pride. Indy is captured by Ignatius, and Xeno Barstow, King Campbell Fowler, and Echo Donovan end up dead. Echo stakes Indy to a tree, right through the heart, to keep Ignatius from taking it, and Gio is the one to find him. Cian’s actions against Indy break a god agreement between Fire Ridge, and Amber Light Pride, and Indy and Gio are the answer to fixing it. The gods remove Lou as King of The Prides for his part in hurting Indy, and Indy becomes King of The Prides.
Ransom– Mates- Ransom Di Gatti and Oliver; Indy, Gio, and Dante Di Gatti- We learn that Indigo is a reincarnated King, who was originally mated to Dante and Gio Di Gatti, and Ignatius killed them during their wedding, 700 years before. Ransom was Indy’s personal Guard, and the gods have saved him. Dante’s relationship with Chase is falling apart, and Chase is cheating on Dante with spy from the Masters Coven. Lou’s wedding to Cian becomes the final showdown and the first time around, Ignatius wins by killing Chase. The gods set time back two days, and Ransom has to mate Dante to Indy, and Sacha to Diem, who took Julian’s place when Ignatius found the Donadieu boys. Chase, who’d once held the bloodties to keep them all breathing, is cut quietly from the matings, and this time, when Ignatius attacks, the god step in to help.

Axl is dead, Ezra’s been wearing his skin, and Ignatius is wearing Ezra. The truth about Killy’s parentage comes out and he discovers he is the next heir to the MacLaden throne. Zander is the promised mate of the King. Zander comes with a twist. Fate was there when he was born, and somehow bled on him, changing his magic. He’s known as Tarot and he can see everyone’s death, except for Killian. He helps Killian with becoming a King to a Shifter Pride, and together, they work to rebuild Banthard because Xeno and Ignatius have tried to destroy it.
